At around 12:05 a.m., Indiana State Police responded to help 32-year-old Daniel Dunn of Charlestown, Indiana, free his pickup truck that had been stuck in mud by the roadside for nearly two hours.

Troopers say when they arrived, Dunn was still attempting to get his pickup truck free from the mud. Authorities say they detected an odour of alcohol on Dunn's breath. He also had blood shot eyes, slurred speech and his balance was unstable.
Dunn's two-year-old son and two other adult passengers were also in the pickup truck. Troopers say Dunn had a blood alcohol content of .15%. Dunn was arrested and taken to the Pike County Jail where he's being held without bond. Dunn's two-year-old son was later released to his grandfather.
